Duties
- Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations and procedures
- Coordinate and supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain a productive work environment
- Manage office budget, including expense tracking, budgeting, and forecasting
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate office events and meetings
- Assist with training development for new employees

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with payroll processing is a plus
