Serving as an internal service providing partner, the Database Manager provides administrative, technical, research, data entry, data quality assurance and report generating support to various departments in the organization, as well as performing special projects that relate to Data Team goals. Serves as a database (Andar) subject matter expert. This position has broad organizational latitude and may work with multiple teams to achieve goals. This role will maintain and update donor databases and develop and maintain standard and custom queries to extract data from existing databases. Will create reports and support for mailing lists, source codes, alerts and processes. Responsibilities include compiling database and researching data and preparing analysis and reports. Participates in the development of processes to ensure collaboration, integration and alignment of Resource Development teams and shared service partners across United Way.

Successful candidates will be skilled in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrated ability to learn new technology applications. Experience in CRM software, Salesforce and data analysis applications preferred. Previous roles reflecting demonstrated ability to gather and summarize data for use in planning, service delivery and continuous quality improvement efforts required. An Associates degree in business, sales, communications, or nonprofit management; or equivalent in job-related areas is preferred.
