Position Responsibilities:

- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and schedules

- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software to create accurate architectural designs and models

- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications

- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and identify potential challenges

- Communicate with clients and prospective clients to understand their architectural needs and provide suitable solutions

Position Essential Job Functions:

- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software

- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards

- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution

- Facilitate meetings with clients, presenting design concepts and providing updates on project progress

- Participate in the development of design proposals, including cost estimation and material selection

Position Skills:

- 5 years of experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM

- Ability to stay organized and motivated to meet project deadlines

- NCARB certification or eligibility for certification

- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and building codes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
