Jamieson Design is Hiring an Architect Near St. Louis, MO
A leading architecture and design firm specializing in high end commercial, hospitality and residential design projects, seeks a project architect for full time and part time positions. The candidate must possess an associates or bachelors degree in interior design with strong emphasis in interior architecture. Candidate must be highly motivated, extremely well organized, and must have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
- As-built floor plans.
- Construction documents including detailed schedules.
- ARB Review
- Permitting
- Bidding
- Construction Administration
- Three-dimensional computer modeling / rendering using SketchUp.
- Adobe Creative Suite including photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture
- Highly skilled in using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Excellent digital presentation skills using SketchUp for modeling as well as the Adobe Creative Suite.
