Western Diesel Services Inc is Hiring a Parts Administrator Near St Louis, MO
100% onsite in St. Louis, MO.
CK Power is looking for a Parts Administrator at our St. Louis, MO location. In this role, you will provide support to Parts Department as well as ensure the fulfillment of government contracts.
What You’ll Do:
- Place daily/weekly stock orders.
- Notify Parts Department personnel of any backorders.
- Follow up on orders until filled.
- Receive Direct Ship orders and bill customers accordingly.
- Quote all available government bids.
- Verify all won government bids are packed and shipped in accordance with the contract, and invoice once completed.
- Process vendor claims.
What You’ll Need:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft programs such as Excel.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
What Helps:
- Familiarity with diesel-powered power generation experience a plus.
- Relevant trade or technical experience a plus.
- Buying/Procurement experience is a plus.
