You'll lead a team of Development Coordinators, ensuring that training initiatives align with organization goals and objectives and are being implemented at the highest level. Implement training plans and schedules aligned with organizational needs and objectives. Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and arranging materials and resources. Collaborate with the training department and subject matter experts to identify training needs and deliver relevant content. Evaluate training programs for effectiveness, gathering feedback, and making recommendations for improvement. Monitor training budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to training and development. Maintain training records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Provide regular reports and updates on training activities, progress, and outcomes to management. Foster a positive and inclusive training environment that promotes learning, growth, and professional development. **How will you succeed?** Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills. Be a self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, flexible, and agile in adapting to various tasks and situations. Able to effectively communicate with others. Operate necessary equipment, including computers, calculators, smartphones, and tools like hammers, screwdrivers, drills, case cutters, hand trucks, and pallet jacks, and be able to climb and stand on a step stool or ladder. **Experience and Qualifications** High school diploma/GED required; associate degree is preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years of retail and supervisor experience. Ability to work effectively with web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
