SUPPORT ASSOCIATE (SPANISH BILINGUAL) SUMMARY: 

The Support Associate is responsible for processing and verifying applications and contracts. They are also responsible for helping manage client accounts by communicating account updates and answering client inquiries and outstanding issues.

SUPPORT ASSOCIATE (SPANISH BILINGUAL) RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing exceptional service to our customers and clients through our Values, Vision & Mission.
• Assist staff with troubleshooting various account scenarios as well as application and contract errors.
• Communicate with clients about account matters as well as answer client inquires and outstanding issues.
• Field incoming calls, phone credit applications, electronic credit applications and various types of paperwork for loan processing.
• Providing technical and application support to clients and customers.
• Review contract details with clients and customers by phone.
• Verify the customer’s identity and ensure their overall satisfaction and knowledge of financing terms and process.
• Verifying information submitted by customers with third parties.

SUPPORT ASSOCIATE (SPANISH BILINGUAL) QUALIFICATIONS:

• 628 Roosevelt Rd. Saint Cloud, MN 56301

• Full Time, 40 hours/week
• Tuesday-Saturday: 8:00am-5:00pm CST 

SUPPORT ASSOCIATE - SPANISH BILINGUAL COMPENSATION:

• Pay Grade: H2
• Minimum - Midpoint: $21.00 - $24.25 per hour
• Starting Pay Based on Experience
