Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and dedicated seasonal Property Caretaker from roughly late April thru September. Able to work around school schedules at beginning and end of seasons if applicable to individual. This season the individual will work roughly 20 hours a week under the current Property Caretaker before taking over the position next season, working roughly 30-40 hours per week. Individual must be able to work weekends through most of the season and an occasional evening.
As a Property Caretaker, the individual will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the exterior of multiple homes, including poches, docks, sidewalks, etc., and multiple boats and vehicles.
Your role will involve performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the property owners and family.
Experience:
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Experience with boating highly preffered but not required
