Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within our organization.

There is housing available on-site, adjacent to the small hotel. We are a team of open-minded, passionate people who care about food and workplace integrity.

Some English is preferred but not required (Spanish-only speakers will also be considered).

Duties:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand

- Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and equipment

- Empty trash containers regularly

- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work well within a team

- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines

- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
