The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Experience supporting multi-state and multi-site operations is required.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and Onboard New Hires: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent. Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Conduct Performance Management and Provide Feedback: Implement performance management processes that support employee development and organizational goals. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees and managers.
• Manage Payroll and Benefits: Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees. Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
• Startup Experience for New Site Locations: Assist in the setup and HR management of new site locations, ensuring smooth and compliant establishment of HR operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition strategies. Startup experience for new site locations is highly preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills. Attention to detail and good judgment are essential.
• Compliance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of U.S. compliance and labor laws is required.
• Additional Requirements: Proven experience supporting multi-state and multi-site operations.
