Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities :
- Run it like you own it, interact with guests doing table touches
- Ability to teach, train and develop the team, holding them accountable to exceptional standards
- Remain hands on with exception attention to detail
- Operate as a solution driven and collaborative leader
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications :
- Strong financial acumen, capable of providing guidance and coaching on financial processes
- Hands-on approach, leading by example and from the forefront
- Passionate about building lasting relationships with guests, employees, and purveyors
- Prior Kitchen / BOH experience can-do ability to jump in and help out during big pushes
- Positive "attitude is everything" mindset
