Eihab Human Services is Hiring a HR Coordinator Near Springfield, NY

The ideal candidate will be focused, have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task while prioritizing their duties. This is a position requires at least 2 years experience working as a HR Coordinator.( working with an organization that provides services to Developmentally Disabled Adults ) This individual will be responsible for many administrative functions of the HR Department including but not limited to :

  • Input New Hire information into HRIS system
  • Perform all references, verification of employment,
  • Create and maintain all agency employee’s files
  • Schedule interviews as required.
  • Handle all projects as assigned by manager
  • Review employee’s files to ensure that all required paperwork is received and maintained.
  • Assist with new hire orientations
  • Create and Complete New Hire PRA
  • Complete the SCR process
  • Complete151/152
  • Complete SEL CHECK
  • Input Driver License in our LENS system
  • Ensure I-9 Compliance for all personnel in NY, NJ, PA
  • Update New Hire Pipeline with your completed tasks
  • Responsible for sending out TBNT letters to applicants
  • Maintaining the Applicant Flow Log
  • Assist in the termination process of an employee by completing the following tasks:
  • Gathering all I9, CBC, medical file, personnel file to provide to prepare for termination
  • Provide all information above, organized and with a termination checklist completed with your portion updated.
  • Send all NH orientation forms out fro processing (403B)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:

  • Springfield Gardens, NY 11413: Relocate before starting work (Required)
