The On-site Manager is responsible for providing business and workforce management solutions for our high-volume staffing relationships, including screening and placing qualified candidates in appropriate positions. This position acts as the primary contact for the client, in charge of attracting, retaining and motivating a variable workforce. The On-site Manager is also responsible for internal sales growth, gross margin improvement, continuous cost efficiency, worker development and management of workers compensation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will have no direct reports but may be responsible for supervising workers on the job site and providing direction, guidance, and decision making in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE:
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, general public and internal staff.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
