  • Job Description» Source and track potential candidates through online channels.» Assess potential candidate& resumes» Conduct virtual interviews.» Determine selection criteria.» Provide job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position.» Oversee in-person recruitment events.» Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates» Maintain an adequate relationship with the hiring manager.» Assist with new hire onboarding process and training.» Work on outreach for potential candidatesRequirements:» Previous experience in ABA Therapy» Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.» Previous work experience in a Talent Acquisition or related role» Experience with recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation.» Excellent written and verbal communication skills.» A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations» Working well in a fast-paced environment.» Willing to step in and be proactive.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $53,400.00 - $60,150.00 per year
