We are looking for an Accountant to join our clients team, this is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a lot of a room for growth.

This role entails performing various accounting and financial tasks to support the financial operations of the company's limited partnerships.

Location: Spring, TX

Pay: $60-68k

Key Responsibilities:

• Compiling composite reports from subordinate reports as required by management or regulatory agencies.
• Verifying and/or inputting accounts receivable and accounts payable data; processing checks.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Reconciling bank, mortgage, and investment statements.
• Conducting monthly book reconciliations and closures.
• Maintaining loan spreadsheets for analysis purposes.
• Handling general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
• Managing daily banking procedures.
• Preparing annual 1099 and 1096 forms.
• Processing payroll invoices and ensuring fund availability.
• Timely and accurate preparation and submission of required reports to stakeholders.
• Undertaking other duties as directed by the VP of Finance or management.

Education and Experience:

• Two to four years of relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
