Procom is Hiring a Data Integration Developer Near Spring, TX
As a Data Integration Developer, you will be situated in The Woodlands, TX, and report to the Manager, Director of Data Architecture and Analytics. You will be responsible for the development, coding, testing, maintenance, and coordination of integrations between cloud and on-prem applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of Azure Functions and Azure API Management.
- Maintenance and support of Azure Service Bus and Event Hub.
- Devising and reporting on integration development plans and strategies.
- Applying industry best practices and patterns in the design, development, and testing of API integrations.
- Analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing RESTful services and APIs.
- Redesigning legacy integration services in Azure utilizing Azure Services, C#, and Python.
- Collaborating closely with team members and business partners to determine new features and functionalities.
- Leading code reviews with peers.
- Developing and maintaining automated test suites to ensure high-quality code deliverables.
- Working closely with vendors and partners in creating new API capabilities.
- Ability to devise and report on integration development plans and strategies.
- Experience in developing asynchronous messaging architectures, rule-based systems, and network architectures.
- Experience in coordinating activities with other developers to ensure that integration projects are completed on time.
- Ability to formulate strategies and design architectures for systems integrations.
- Experience in maintaining the integrity and smooth functioning of the company's integration architecture.
- Ability to analyze and improve current system integrations and migration strategies.
- Experience in identifying, debugging, and advising on system errors or architecture issues.
- Experience in assisting with the management of organizational databases and retrieval systems.
- 5 years of experience developing Restful API’s.
- 7 years of experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.
- 1 years of Azure Devops CICD Pipeline experience.
- 2 years of experience in Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Data Factory.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with no supervisory responsibilities or travel expectations. Working conditions may involve lifting no more than ten pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or moving for brief periods. Occasionally, you may be required to lift and carry articles like files, ledgers, folders, etc.
