Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to restoring properties damaged by water, fire, or mold. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to use power tools, hand tools, and cleaning equipment to effectively restore and repair damaged areas.

Duties:
- Perform water damage restoration tasks, including extracting water, drying affected areas, and removing damaged materials
- Conduct mold remediation procedures, including containment, removal of affected materials, and application of antimicrobial agents
- Assist with fire restoration efforts, such as cleaning smoke damage, removing debris, and repairing structural elements
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to rebuild and repair damaged areas
- Clean carpets and upholstery using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of mold remediation, water damage restoration, and fire restoration procedures is a plus
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
