We are a building maintenance company doing business in the Spokane/Inland Northwest area for over 50 years and we are looking for a part time recruiter to join our growing HR and Recruiting team.

Join our company in finding the right people to fill a number of positions using your gift of talent sourcing, attracting candidates, and interviewing. The position is responsible for entry level talent acquisition. Primary focus is on day-to-day recruiting as well as administration of the applicant tracking, preparing employment advertisements and help with the onboarding process. Source potential candidates through online resources such as social media, staffing sites, passing out flyers around town, networking and attending job fairs.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
• Experience with hiring websites and platforms.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work weekends and evenings regularly.
• Must be willing to attend Job Fairs and network in the community.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work through challenging situations while staying positive.
• Comfortable in a professional office setting.
