management services on over 2,300 properties across Texas (Dallas/Ft
Worth-Houston), Arkansa, Oklahoma and Tulsa.
Maintenance:
1.Being the first point of contact with our customers; providing information and resolving issues.
2. Monitoring reports to ensure goals and deliverables are being met.
3. Proficient use of all software applications.
4. Coordinate work with Vendors & Residents.
5. Responsible for the prompt, successful resolution of calls and questions from vendors, residents or owners regarding maintenance issues.
6. Manage vendor(s) work load, hiring, firing, and dispatching vendors to service properties.
7.Manage residents expectations with work to be completed at the property.
8. Notify owner of high expense repairs at the property, gain approval for high expense repairs.
9. Consistently delivering exceptional service to all our customers.
10. Maintains contact with customers and outside vendors.
11. Performs other related duties as requested or assigned.
Strong and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Possess a strong passion for customer service and success to achieve goals
Must be able to multi-task
Be Proficient in Software programs, i.e. Word, Excel, and knowledge of MAC IOS
