Job Description: -
Deskside associate Level 1.5 with experience in imaging, Laptops/Desktop trouble shooting, resolving printer issues, shipping and receiving equipment etc.
Should have over 4 years experience in the following areas:
- Imaging using Pix boot, SCCM and/or intune
- Experience in resolving A/D 360 issues
- Experience with bitlocker, MFA, google DUO.
- Experience with autopilot
- Experience is resolving level 1/Level 2 password, access and general laptop issues.
- Must have experience in supporting hybrid/Remote users in an large enterprise environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
