This position is responsible for cleaning public spaces with in the hotel in accordance with established quality and performance standards to allow a sufficient quantity of vacant and clean guest rooms for sale. Applicant must be driven, self motivated and manage time well to complete task with little supervision. Quality work and attention to detail is a must! Must be friendly and welcoming offering positive guest service!
The Press Hotel, located in downtown Portland Maine, is currently seeking a Full-Time Year-Round Public Area Attendant. Formerly home to the Portland Press Herald newspaper, this historic seven-story building has been transformed into a 110-room boutique hotel. The Press Hotel is Portland's first independent lifestyle boutique property celebrating the local arts and paying homage to the historic Press Herald past.
This position works weekends and three week days.
