Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, hospitality, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with booking accommodations

- Ensure accuracy of reservation details and payment processing

- Organize paperwork, post deposits, and maintain customer database

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales, hospitality and customer service

- Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in reservation systems is a plus

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Valid Driver’s License

- Ability to maintain a clean work environment

- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle (or willing to become proficient)

- Good command of English language, including the ability to communicate with customers in a concise and professional manner

- Mechanical Ability

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
