Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage HR programs, policies, and procedures
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems (iCIMS, Workday, ADP, Oracle, Ceridian, PeopleSoft)
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (OSHA)
- Handle employee relations matters and conduct investigations as needed
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Knowledge of HR systems
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations (OSHA)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
