Job Summary:

Wing and Barrel Ranch’s sportsman retail shop features the highest quality outdoor lifestyle apparel to outfit members and their guests. We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Retail Associate. This position will primarily support the Retail Sales Manager with day-to-day tasks, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our members.

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting members in a friendly and professional manner. 

· Address member inquiries, provide product information, and offer assistance with purchases.

· Assist the Retail Sales Manager with sales activities, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. 

· Help members find products, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate.

· Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise. 

· Monitor inventory levels and notify the manager when stock is low or items need to be reordered. 

· Ensure that the retail area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

· Support the Retail Sales Manager in maintaining attractive displays and product presentations. 

· Participate in special events, promotions, and sales activities as needed. 

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and cash handling procedures. 

· Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, following health and safety guidelines at all times.

· All employees are expected to assist in cross-department duties as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.

· Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed.

· Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends.

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred.

Education:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Additional education or coursework in retail management, business administration, hospitality, or related field is a plus.

Physical Requirements: 

· Prolonged periods standing, walking and physical labor.

· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
