• Successfully acquire and manage profitable accounts that meet or exceed hotel revenue goals
• Meet/exceed individual and team revenue booking goals in order to meet budget targets in Group, Catering and Corporate Volume segments
• Establish/manage booking guidelines, rates, group blocks, LNR's and RFP's
• Develop, nurture, and maintain relationships with clients, industry contacts, marketing, sales team and all hotel associates that are mutually beneficial 
• Professionally organize and prioritize all sales team critical tasks
• Network by attending industry and local events
• Works actively with team members to provide excellent guest experiences
