With a keen eye for detail, you can meticulously read between the lines on candidate profiles and resumes to identify and screen not just technical qualifications, but also cultural fit.
As a project engineering organization, details and process are what you do and your ability to juggle and adapt to changing needs helps you manage the full cycle recruiting process like a well-oiled project.
