Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors the flow of products through the complete production cycle. Coordinated with the sales team and engineering to provide timely planning and scheduling of order to achieve both internal goals and customer delivery dates.

Job Duties:

· Review open sales orders to determine customer requirements.

· Coordinate with the sales team and engineering on customer orders from processing

· Fulfillment of parts orders

· Coordinates delivery of parts and raw materials to meet production schedule.

· Utilize ERP system to generate work orders

· Release orders for picking

· Expedite suppliers purchase if required

· Coordinates between shop floor and purchasing on material shortages.

· Notify Upper Management and Sales of any schedule impacts to customers.

· Coordinates/Expedites builds to ensure schedules are achieved

· Update inventory locations of jobs in ERP system.

· Update inventory locations of stock in the ERP system.

· Assist with annual inventory.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Production and Processing – knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and use simple math
• Ability to use Office 365 applications and complete required paperwork
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move objects weighing up to 60 pounds
• Strong organizational skills
