Job Summary:
Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or montiors the flow of products through the complete production cycle. Provides timely planning and scheduling of order to achieve both internal goals and customer delivery dates.
Job Duties:
- Review open sales orders to determine customer requirements.
- Coordinates delivery of parts and raw materials to meet production schedule.
- Utilize ERP system to generate work orders
- Release orders for picking
- Expedite suppliers purchase if required
- Coordinates between shop floor and purchasing on material shortages.
- Notify Upper Management and Sales of any schedule impacts to customers.
- Coordinates/Expedites builds to ensure schedules are achieved
- Update inventory locations of jobs in ERP system.
- Update inventory locations of stock in the ERP system.
- Assist with annual inventory.
Qualifications:
- *High school diploma or equivalent required *Minimum six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience *Production and Processing – knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control. *Ability to follow verbal instructions and use simple math *Ability to operate a forklift *Ability to use Office 365 applications and complete required paperwork *Ability to frequently lift and/or move objects weighing up to 60 pounds *Strong organizational skills

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
