Badger State Staffing is seeking a Replenishment Worker for a full-time opportunity based in Appleton. In this role, you’ll help ensure shelves are stocked and ready to fulfill customer orders. You’ll also play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and efficiency.

What you’ll do:

• Navigate the warehouse using a radio frequency (RF) scanner to locate designated shelf locations
• Match incoming inventory with carton labels, ensuring product quantities and placement are correct
• Methodically stock shelves to optimize picking efficiency and product visibility for pickers
• Dispose of packaging materials properly, maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Available Shifts:

First: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Second: Monday through Friday 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and bending
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
