Job description

Are you an outgoing individual with a sales background who can provide superb customer service? Are you looking for a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients every day? Hooper Law Office LLC, the area’s premier Elder Law and Estate Planning practice, is growing! Working with prospects, future clients, and existing clients as our Legal Concierge, you will provide exceptional customer service and guidance to individuals throughout their legal journey at Hooper Law Office LLC. In this role, you will set the standard for what true customer service in the legal industry should be. You will work with our Attorneys and Staff to provide a seamless and positive experience. The right person will have a background in both sales and customer service, with a strong track record of growth, business development, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all law firm inquiries.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and future clients by providing personalized and attentive service.
  • Working with our intake coordinator, manage the client intake process. This includes scheduling initial consultation meetings, confirming appointments, and following up with prospective clients after their initial appointment.
  • Coordinate future appointments and meetings for clients with Attorneys and Paralegals.
  • Follow up with all prospective clients, making sure we have exceeded their expectations, and that any concerns are immediately addressed.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Be our primary point of public contact for all seminars and public event participants.
  • Provide general information about the firm’s services and process to potential clients.
  • Proactively contact existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and review possible new growth opportunities.
  • Monitor the intake process and sales pipeline to ensure the future success of the law firm.
  • Perform other clerical or administrative functions as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A proven sales background.
  • Strong educational background.
  • Legal experience or understanding is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in the use of technology, including Word and Outlook.
  • Great organization and multi-tasking skills.
