Your Mission:

Sell BAI retail residential services within assigned Multi-Dwelling Unit property (Apartments, Condos, Student Housing, Senior Communities) portfolio through active engagement and relationships with on-site property staff and residents.

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to increase sales penetration within the properties and enhance the customer experience.
  • Meets established objectives relative to sales goals and increased sales volume Identify, build, manage & maintain relationships with key person(s) at the properties.
  • Educate on-site property staff and residents on BAI Connect’s product/services and market differentiators.
  • Find creative ways to keep on-site staff engaged and motivated to promote our services (lunch & learns, on-site events, sponsorship opportunities, etc.)
  • Visit new and existing build properties regularly.
  • Update, refresh & distribute marketing material at assigned properties.
  • Assist with escalated issues at properties (Engage appropriate departments, monitor/track resolution, communicate with the on-site property management teams)
  • Schedule, plan & coordinate events at properties to meet residents and boost our presence.
  • Monitor any competitor promotions, marketing efforts, or other activity within your portfolio.
  • Track correspondence with communities, customers, and professional contacts.
  • Maintain detailed notes on communication and marketing efforts in company CRM and various operating systems or tracking documents.
  • Develop and present marketing ideas to the Marketing department that will help increase penetration at assigned properties.
  • Market Research (Occupancy, demographics, competitors, etc.) needed to more effectively market and target customers at assigned properties.
  • Reporting and other administrative duties to provide management with clear visibility on efforts and the status of BAI Connects’ success throughout the MDU portfolio and specific assigned properties.
  • 60% of your schedule will be dedicated to traveling out in the field, engaging with properties directly to effectively complete the above duties.

  • Willingness to work weekday morning, nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

  • Skilled in monitoring the results of multiple assignments and projects.
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365, including Outlook
  • Experience taking prompt action to accomplish objectives and taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required; being proactive
  • Must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to their day-to-day; Experience establishing action plans for oneself and others to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
  • Skilled in anticipating future consequences and trends accurately, can create competitive strategies and plans.
  • Experience addressing customer needs a primary focus of one's actions; experience building positive relationships with customers (translates as both internal and external).
  • Experience setting high standards of performance for self and others; experience implementing standards of excellence
  • 2 years Customer Experience and/or Sales experienced preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent education, training, and experience
  • Event coordination or marketing coordination experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, and a safe driving record
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
