Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Supervise all facets of restaurant operations to guarantee a superlative dining experience for our patrons. Uphold operational efficiency, adhere to our brand's benchmarks, and attain financial goals.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and oversee restaurant personnel. Cultivate a positive workplace culture, nurture team progression, and enforce staff accountability.
  • Financial Performance: Direct the restaurant's financial trajectory, encompassing budgetary oversight, sales projections, and P&L scrutiny. Implement tactics to bolster revenue generation and profitability.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. Address customer feedback with actionable plans to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold elevated standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation. Routinely assess product quality and explore new suppliers or products to enrich the dining experience.
  • Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional endeavors and special functions. Drive localized marketing efforts to boost foot traffic and community involvement.
  • Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all pertinent local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to health, safety, and labor standards.
  • Reporting: Furnish routine reports on restaurant performance, staff efficacy, customer contentment, and financial outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry or analogous hospitality role.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with adeptness in motivating and supervising a team.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal proficiencies.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, and inventory oversight.

  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
