• Responsible for overseeing maintenance, repair and sustainability of all Production Equipment covering a 24/7 operation
• Ensure that all government compliance activities are met by maintenance employees, including OSHA and EPA as they pertain to work permits, confined space entries, and lockout/tag out permits
• Directly supervise maintenance employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities In accordance with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Assign daily tasks and set direction for the team
• Schedule and overseeing the preventative maintenance and servicing of all machinery and equipment.
• Ensure efficiency and minimal downtime of all production machinery and that equipment 

is running at optimal performance

• Investigate and diagnose causes of breakdowns and develop programs and solutions to 

reduce/eliminate future occurrences.

• Manage spare part inventory to ensure plant equipment and machinery functionality.
• Coordinate spare parts ordering, accessibility and availability with Purchasing and Planning. 
• Ensure that department costs are controlled such as labor, supplies, and spare parts
• Oversee the development and execution of preventative maintenance plans and

schedules.

• Interact with EHS Supervisor, and contractors to ensure contractor safety and contractor 

compliance of company safety procedures 

• Identify key areas of improvement and lead capital projects

Responsible for identifying Environmental Aspects for his/her department and supporting Environmental Management Plan (EMP) goals and targets through training, engagement and communication.

Education/Professional Requirements:

Required proficiencies and additional qualification:

Special requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar discipline Preferred 

- Industrial Safety Certification preferred

- 5 years experience in leadership role in maintenance / equipment management

- Experience in HPDC/CPC prefered

- Experience using SAP Preferred

• “Hands-on” leader with experience in team building and coaching
• Project Management a plus
