Job Overview:
Kimball Midwest is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our MRO products and services to new and existing customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting sales targets, and has a passion for technology.
Duties:
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned territory
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase sales
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outside sales or account management is preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
