Robert Half is Hiring a Personal Injury Paralegal Near Seattle, WA

We are looking for a Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our team in downtown Seattle, Washington. This role involves managing the full pre-litigation process for a Personal Injury Law Firm, including handling intakes, requesting medical records, drafting medical chronologies and demand letters, and maintaining case files. The salary range is flexible based on candidates' experience but a general range is 65-75k. The firm provides full medical, dental and vision insurance, free parking after 90 days, PTO 2-3 weeks, 10 paid holidays, end of year bonus, referral gift of $350 if case is brought into firm and liability is accepted. They offer work from home flexibility for 1-2 days per week once onboarded and proficient. Responsibilities:• Manage the full pre-litigation process for plaintiff personal injury cases• Handle intakes and maintain case files• Request and manage medical records for cases• Draft medical chronologies and demand letters• Conduct settlement negotiations with insurance companies• Keep clients informed of their case progress• Use case management software for efficient handling of cases• Assist with tasks outside the scope of the job title when necessary, such as ordering supplies or resolving tech issues• Utilize skills in Personal Injury Defense, Personal Injury Law, Litigation Support, and Negotiating Settlements• Draft legal documents and pleadings, prepare drafts, and manage e-File and e-Filing systems
