Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food processing plants and possess knowledge of mechanical operations. This may also be a great fit for someone with kitchen experience. If you are detail-oriented and have a passion for maintaining food safety and quality standards, we encourage you to apply.

This shift begins at 6am and ends between 12 and 2pm Monday - Thursday. There are occasional Fridays involved throughout the year, but they are rare.

Responsibilities:

- Operate production machinery in compliance with company standards
- Package finished products for distribution
- Ensure adherence to FDA regulations and food safety protocols
- Fabricate and assemble components accurately
- Sanitize work areas to maintain cleanliness
- Assist with forklift operations as needed

Requirements:

- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food processing procedures
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus
- Ability to follow strict guidelines for packaging and handling food products
- Understanding of FDA regulations related to food production
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
