As the Service Manager at Elliott Bay, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers by leading our service operations with excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of after-sales service, including service center management, customer support, warranty management, and service quality assurance.
Service Manager Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the service department, including service advisors, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement service strategies to optimize customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Manage warranty claims and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address product issues and improve reliability.
- Establish and maintain service performance metrics to track and improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of service personnel.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote service offerings and drive revenue growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.

Qualifications
Service Manager Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive service management, preferably in the off-road vehicle segment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Solid understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Experience with warranty management and quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
