Scope of Work: • Project Management: Contribute to the development and proactive management of multiple project work plans to ensure timely deliverables submission. Manage and track simultaneous project work and communication plans. Using WestEd business tools, track and document progress toward milestones, communicate timelines and necessary steps to ensure smooth and timely workflow amount project participants, and identify and track issues and risks, escalating as necessary.• Work with Data Tools and Data: Create and update spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports including data analysis.• Materials and Resources Support: Support the development of, editing, and formatting of materials for detail oriented learning resources and materials (in-person and online). Ensure consistency of approach across the program by following established quality assurance processes and program protocols while engaging in process improvement when appropriate.• Collaboration and Communication: Interface on a regular basis with internal staff at all levels in the organization.• Other duties as assigned.
