We are currently seeking an organized, reliable, and diligent Accounting Clerk to join an established company based in Tukwila. This is a contract position, and the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for streamlining our accounting functions and operations, providing financial analysis and reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.Responsibilities:Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.Record financial transactions and post them in various accounts.Assist in invoice processing and payments.Perform bank reconciliations.Maintain records and files adequately for audit trails.Compile necessary reports to management on sales, trends, and expenditures.Ensure strict adherence to company financial policies and procedures.Assist with year-end preparation and procedures.Respond to queries by the Management regarding accounting numbers.
