Job DetailsWe are looking for a leader for our HR department. You are someone who has industry experience and is a leader or looking to become a leader in human resources.
Employee Relations - acting as liaison between management and employees.
Compensation and Benefits - administering payroll and employee benefits programs
Compliance - ensuring compliance with the department of labor laws and regulations especially from a payroll perspective
Strategic planning - aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives and providing HR metrics and analytics to leadership.
This position will be onsite in Scranton, PA 5 days a week. That being said, we value family and strong work/life balance so there is flexibility with hours and days off etc.
