Our dealership is on the search for a self- motivated, driven Accounting Specialist who drives processes and initiates change for the improvement of business operations. Our Account Specialist is a vital member of our team.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Posting deals to proper accounts

· Completes records to trial balance

· Reconciles and balances accounts

· Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data

· Interpret financial reports and provide insights to management

· Assist with preparing financial statements

· Use documents such as sales slips, invoices, receipts, check stubs and computer printouts to verify, allocate and post details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts in appropriate ledgers or computer files

· Compiles reports to show statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss and other items pertinent to operation of business

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience in automotive accounting
- Strong understanding of debits and credits
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:
- General ledger reconciliation
- Forecasting
- Cash flow analysis
- Financial report interpretation

Additional Requirements:
- Current Driver's License
- Approved MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
