F45 Training is Hiring a Group Fitness Instructor Near Santa Monica, CA
We are looking for the BEST trainers/ group fitness instructors in Orange County who love helping people reach their goals and are available in the evening hours and weekends in Orange County!
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coaching energetic workouts in accordance with agreed upon schedule
- MUST have and maintain a personal trainer certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
- Must have and maintain a CPR/AED certification
- Staying current on required videos in F45 Academy
- Complete standardized onboarding and engage in continuing education curriculum
- Providing excellent service to the F45 Community
- Maintaining professional conduct, uniform standards, and punctuality
- Clean up and set up in accordance with class schedule and COVID guidelines between classes
- Proactive engagement in member sales
- F45 Challenge operations and engagement
- Attendance of Monthly Team Meetings
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
