Fitness Class Coaching

This Role Assist in:

• Retention of existing clients through delivering amazing group training session experience
• Keeping all clients safe, entertained, and providing value at each session
• Cultivate a fun, community atmosphere in the business
• Promotion of all internal offers (both supplements and internal specialty programs) and internal events held by the business by announcing them with the intention of getting clients excited before the session. Not done as an afterthought.
• Keeping a spotless facility (training floor, common areas & bathrooms).

Requirements:

Must be high energy. Must not be selfish or self-centered. Must be a professional and a team player. Must understand that this is a business and in order to help people and provide for all employees, it must be profitable. Must LOVE appreciating customers and giving them an amazing experience to retain them and keep them coming back. Must give EXCEPTIONAL service. Must greet all clients BY NAME within 10 sec. of walking into the facility (run over to them if needed). Must provide value and encouragement to each individual that participates in class that day. Understanding that the reason is it called work is because the position requires WORK.

Musts:

• At least 1 year of exeperience in group fitness or personal training.
• Current Personal Training Certification & CPR Certified.
• Love being around people .
• Not a negative Nelly. Poor attitudes will not be tolerated.
• Be able to take consistent feedback.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
