Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager for Convenience stores to oversee multiple locations within our organization. The District Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of each location in multiple states, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth. This is a leadership position that requires strong strategic planning, sales, and management skills.
Duties:
- Oversee the operations of multiple locations within the district in multiple states.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Provide guidance and support to store managers in achieving their goals
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Lead and motivate a team of store managers, providing coaching and development opportunities
- Ensure consistent implementation of company standards across all locations
- Manage budgeting and profit loss analysis for the district
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a District Manager
- Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
