We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to oversee the HR function for our Corporate operations nationally. This position reports into the Director of Human Resources and will support SeniorLeadership and mid-level management on issues affecting the employment relationship with team members, including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation, training and development and safety. The manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws governing employment along with applying, administering and interpreting Radnet workplace rules and guidelines in partnership with the operations mission of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 / yr.
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, location and training. This pay scale is not a guarantee of a particular wage.
