Desktop Support Technician - Santa Clara, CA
Position Summary :
The Desktop Support Technician provides support to staff for all technology related needs. This includes supporting all user devices including laptops, desktops, monitors, cell phones, and tablets.
On game day and large stadium event days, this position also supports technology needs for stadium staff.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Responds to staff technology related requests and issues via ticketing system.
Troubleshoots software and hardware related issues and provide quick resolutions in support of staff performing their daily job functions.
Creates user accounts and sets up new devices for new hires.
Provides onsite game day support to ensure game day staff have tools they need to effectively perform their job functions.
Researches and tests new solutions for deployment to staff and to ensure the IT team continues to operate effectively and efficiently.
Operational familiarity with O365, MAC, PC Endpoint, Google Workspace, Active Directory, Azure, Intune.
Other duties as assigned.

Communicates orally and in writing in a clear, concise, and impartial manner.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree and at least 2-4 years' relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues across a wide variety of devices.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe products, Google software suite, Microsoft Windows, Apple OS.
Experience with iOS and Android devices.
