Position:_ Fleet & Rental Equipment Manager _

Responsibilities:

· Oversee full P&L responsibilities, ensuring the division’s profitability and financial health.

· Manage equipment purchasing, billing, and collections to streamline operations and maintain cash flow.

· Supervise fleet management, tracking, and the logistics process, including third-party logistics.

· Lead and manage a team of drivers, mechanics, and other personnel, fostering a productive work environment.

· Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of rental equipment using specialized software.

· Develop and implement strategies to optimize equipment usage, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

· Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of tax and depreciation principles as they relate to equipment and fleet management.

· Proficiency with rental equipment software and other related tools.

· Proven experience as a self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and strong leadership skills.

· Demonstrated ability to manage logistics, including third-party logistics and field operations.

· Ultra-organized with the ability to multitask, manage hourly and subcontracted field installers, and handle tool and equipment needs efficiently.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $80,000-$100,000
