Pay Range: $60-70k based on experience
Location: Sanford/Lake Mary areaSpecific Duties & Tasks:
- MUST HAVE ADP experience in Florida
- Strong employee relations and payroll background
- Proficient (intermediate level) in Excel, Word, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook
- Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality, this company has hundreds of employees in multiple locations.
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in recruitment and retention
- Well versed in new employee onboarding; pre-employment testing; I9 verification with E-Verify; compensation; benefits; training and development; and company sponsored programs.
