Role Description

This is a full-time on-site entry/mid-entry level role as a Loss Prevention Investigator located in San Marcos, TX. The Loss Prevention Investigator will be responsible for daily surveillance, investigating incidents, and utilizing Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems. The role involves implementing and maintaining loss prevention measures to protect company assets and prevent theft or loss.

Qualifications

• Retail Loss Prevention, Surveillance, and Investigation skills
• Experience with Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
