Job Summary:

Join our team as a Restoration Technician and play a crucial role in restoring properties affected by water, mold, and other damages. You will utilize your skills in mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and water damage restoration to help rebuild and restore properties to their pre-damaged state.

Responsibilities:

- Perform water damage restoration tasks including extraction, drying, and dehumidification
- Conduct mold remediation procedures following industry standards
- Handle asbestos abatement tasks safely and effectively
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to restore damaged areas
- Clean carpets and upholstery as part of the restoration process

-Xactimate knowledge a plus

Skills:

- Experience in the restoration industry with knowledge of water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for restoration tasks
- Ability to build and restore damaged structures with attention to detail
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques for effective restoration processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Restoration: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response Training (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• San Luis Obispo, CA 93401: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
